After jogging for 30 minutes, can I walk?!

Question: Or would it be better if I rested?

Answers: Or would it be better if I rested?

Yes, but maybe do it gradually. Since you're JOGGING, that would not be hard. Also, hold your arms above you're head. This keeps your heart rate going and doesn't hurt you. If you stop abruptly, there's a possibility that you will throw up.

Just do not rest immediately! It's bad.

Never just stop running - slow down from a jog to a walk gradually. Then rest.

As a track runner I am told to do a cool down which is a slower run but for more amount of time

You have to stretch before and after your run so your legs dont get sore

umm you can but dont just go starait to a walking pace, slow your body more and more a little bit until u get to the pace you want

you need a 2 minute cool down walk after a jog. maybe only jog 25 mins

Yes, walking would be a fantastic cool down, then to stretch after this would be even better, this will prevent so much soreness.

yes

Yes its good to walk after jogging so then u wont feel nauseas and possibly vomit.
