its mostly exercise you dont wanna starve yourself thats bad just watch what you eat and eat in smaller portions dont eat after 6pm if you eat too late your body hasnt had time to digeist your food so you go to bed and it just sits there also you need to drink lots of water this will help you to loose weight brisk walking is great and doing situps will tone up your tummy rather than it looking flabby from losing wieght you have to tone it up go out to the clubs around you and dance you dont have to know how to dance i lost a lot of weight that way good luck i need to start my work out too
