Best excersize for loss of cellulite? yuck...?!


Question: I had a baby in December, and I'm back now to 130 lbs...but I've got cellulite on my butt and thighs! It's so gross...If I walk swiftly on a treadmill 30 minutes a day combined with some stair climbing ( how long btw?) will it make a difference? And what else could help? Thanks :)

Wow, congrats on getting back to 130, that must have taken alot of work!! :) For your butt, try squats. And if you go to the gym there are weightss specifically for problem thighs. If not, I've been doing tae bo, and my legs have significantly gotten smaller and toned!!

well the horrible cellulite is a circulation problem, so now it would be good to apply cellulite creams with good massages.
Definitely exercise a lot to tone your problem areas and get rid of the fatty tissue that may be there.
And drink lots of water.

I can become less visible but unfortunately once you have it really never goes away.

you can do pleas which you stand with your feet out. legs apart . bend legs .now it should look like an open diamond.back straight . use a chair for balance. there is another exercise for your thighs .you can sit on your behind and pull one leg in the closer it is the more your leg will burn!Extend the other leg out hold for 20 sec at least that's what i do . on the pleas do ten .Also you can do leg lunges w/weights
