Weight problem!?!


Question: so i really want to gain weight and i eat alot i am always hungry and munching on chips,choc, icecream, eggs,rice,potatos..and stuff and i am not satified with my weight. I am 18 going on 19 and i weight 95lb and my height is 5ft/3in. What should i eat??

You should stop eating junk, for a start. That will just add the wrong kind of weight over time, not to mention the potential damage to your heart and overall health. It sounds to me like you are what is called an ectomorph ... someone with a superhigh metabolic rate, making it difficult for you to put on weight. You need to eat smaller meals, but more frequently. Have six meals a day instead of three, but make them smaller ... good foods would include chicken, beans, potatoes, pasta, etc. Drink lots of milk, and consider taking protein shakes three times a day. Bananas are a good fruit to snack on. You want a diet rich in carbohydrates, but without resorting to junky foods. Of course, you'll need to exercise too. Get a good exercise programme to work on ... I think Vince Delmonte (do a google search) specializes in helping ectomorphs.

don't fill your body up with too much of that junk..even though your not gaining weight from it..it may have a bad effect on you for the long run...and i personally hate going to doctors..but i think it would be best to go to the doctor and plan out a diet plan for you to help you gain weight.

it is the metabolism

eating all that crap will only hurt your health- not make you gain weight if you have such a fast metabolism. i would go to the doctor and figure out a diet plan.
