How many calories shouldi eat a day??!

This is if you are 25 years old and do little or no exercise per day.

2500 calories a day is the normal amount that should prevent any weight gain or loss for a person, which does NOT include metabolism rates or body type. If you want to lose weight, just eat healthier and work out- one idea is to eat normally for a week, then try to drop 500 calories the next week, then try to cut off 500 calories the next week, etc etc. However, don't diet to the point that it becomes hazardous, and you probably won't want to completely cut carbs either, since you'll be a zombie without them and not have any energy to go about your daily activities. Simple aerobic exercises will also help out, since they'll make you sweat more and keep your heart pounding and help out your body without putting on a ton of muscle weight.

Inversely, to gain weight simply add 500 calories a week, and go about a weight lifting plan to gain muscle mass. Eat plenty of carbs and protein!

For a woman the average is 2000 calories a day...however if you're looking to lose weight you should reduce this to 1500 or something...
