Easiest & quickest way to loose weight is the exact opposite of how easily & quickly one gained that weight...no exercises, laid back on comfy sofa, eating rubbish, being depressed....well do the opposite.....exercise well, eat aptly, try not to park yourself so frequently..... gear up & stay active,

As much as i hate to say it myself,
eat 3 meals a day, small portions and super healthy.

You can start by making up a at home excercise work-out for about an hour. Like 30 jumping jaxs in between every activity or excercise you make up. It keeps your heart rate up and starts the sweat burn very good. Eat small heathy meals like carrots and ranch drink lots of water. And smile during excercises. Love ya bye bye

just cut down on how much you eat. if you finde an answer that works let me know so i can try it.

Very little carbo diet ie lesser rice, white bread, potatoes etc, lots of white meat - grilled or baked not fried, reduce red meat, plenty of plain water (8-10 glasses a day), tonnes of vegetables and exercise, exercise, exercise.
