Im 18 yrs old 5''0' and i weigh 125 lbs...am i fat?T_T?!


Question: im going to a ball next month, and my family says i have to lose weight to look good in my dress, they say im fat, but most of my friends say im not. so id like to know what you think, and if anyone can give me advice on how to shed a few pounds FAST.

first- you're far from fat. don't listen to them.

but if you wanna get a lil' more toned, i'd do cruches to tone out you upper abs and to fix the "muffin top" if you even have one is to lay on your side and lift yourself up as best you can without using your arms to help. do a few sets of 8 once or twice a day. for the lower abdominals, it'll take a little bit more work. You should do the "bicycle". Lat flat on your back and (without letting your legs fall or putting them down) go into a crunch position bringing your left knee to your right elbow and your right knee to your left elbow. Do about ten on each side once a day.

for the legs, run.

eat healthy too!

Drink water
Run
Eat meat
Eat vegetable's

That is it

No you are not fat. Just get toned its much better then loosing weight, do crunches, sit ups, and run or jog every morning.

For one you are not Fat. Trust me. I am 4 11" and i weigh 125. you are not fat. to loose weight i would run and do some sit ups.

No, that's pretty average. Don't ever lose weight for someone else. If you aren't happy with your figure, then do something about it, but don't do it for anyone else. If you want to get into shape, there are no quick fixes that are healthy. It's a lifestyle change and would take several months of changing habits to see any real and long-term results. This would include exersizing and eating healthy.

Honey, you have got to be kidding me. I'm 5'5 and I weigh 160 and I'm nowhere near fat...You can't take numbers as an absolute guide to determining if you're fat or healthy or whatever...There a lot of factors to consider (muscle mass mainly)

But if you are looking to Tone and slim down a tad do it the healthy way. No crash diets, DON'T STARVE YOURSELF (that is the biggest mistake people make and it gets them more problems)

Just try and increase your activity level and eat a lot of small meals (say 5 meals, low cal, high protein, high fiber).This helps just start your metabolism and you actually burn more calories than eathing 3 meals a day.

Drink plenty of water and maybe a day or two before you put on that dress cut down your water a little to lose the water weight....

And if you really want drastic results to the Lemonade Diet...just search it on line and you'll find everything you need. Its tough but its actually safe and it will work...but you'll gain it all be when you start eating again
