Plenty of water. It's a natural appetite suppressant and is good for the skin too.
Oatmeal in the mornings helps keep the hunger pangs away, but do NOT use the instant oatmeal. It must be PLAIN. Buy the oatmeal requiring 1 min. cooking time. Put 1/3 cu. oatmeal in a bowl, add hot water (enough to really moisten the oatmeal). Place in microwave oven for 1 min. on high..just as oatmeal appears it will overflow the bowl, remove from microwave. Stir..if it's too thick, add more of the hot water until the desired consistency is reached. Sweeten with Splenda or whatever you like for sweetener, or eat plain if that's how you like it. Top with 1/2 cu. strawberries, or 1/2 sliced banana or any of your other fav fruit.
This will give you the feeling of fullness, and will keep you going 'til lunchtime. Many people are raving about oatmeal these days..but the secret is NOT the instant variety.
