Processed food-Can some be healthy?!

Question: Is it realistic for a teenager to not eat any processed food? I try to eat healthy, but get some of my nutrients from processed food, I usually have:
Kashi Cereal
Kashi granola bar
Low-fat yogurt

I DO eat real food, I have fruit and veggies EVERY day, too.

But then I go on here and people say all that processed food is unhealthy! What gives? Isn't that kind of processed food health?

Processed food can be healthy in moderation. Eating it for every meal is clearly unrealistic, and is going to have some adverse side effects, but if you eat wholesome foods, and follow a well balanced diet, what you are eating as processed foods should be fine. When people refer to processed foods, they are more specifically referring to chips, bar, things ladien with fats and empty calories. As far as I'm concerned, low fat yogurt and cereal isn't even considered 'processed', and what you're eating is perfectly fine.
Keep up the good work!

I'm trying to lose weight too and it's sooo hard. My aunt is using a weight loss product and it's really working for her (100% natural). I'm gonna try it and I recommend you try it too. It's really a colon cleanse, and it's a healthy way to detox, not like most diet pills. Check their website at
