How do you lose weight fast without my parents knowing?!


Question: I'm 95 pounds at 14 years old and 5'3" and i want to be like 85-90 pounds. Please help! I feel really fat compared to my friends and I barely eat anything and I drink a lot of water and diet coke and I work out a lot but nothing is working!

According to your height and weight, your BMI is 16.8. That's already underweight! You're fine, darling. Better than fine. Your body probably doesn't want to lose weight. Might I suggest gaining weight? ; )

I don't know what to say. Accept your body, and considering you're only 14, whatever insecurities you may feel will be gone later in life. Once again, you're fine!

Im sure any one will tell you anorexia/bulimia is a bad idea (it will through off your metabolism) Try eating multiple small meals a day to boost your metabolism, it may work for you.

cut the diet coke out right away!
don't eat fast food, sweets, or anything else fattening. no whole milk, try skim milk.
no fatty meats, only lean meats.
and make sure your exercise amount is greater than your food intake. try reading labels. you'd be surprised how many calories are in cookies and potato chips and things.

you need to gain weight. you are too thin if your friends are that skinny as well then they need to gain weight. i hope no one gives you weight loss tips because you do not need them.

first of all you shouldn't care what the girls think, be yourself and 90 pounds is not a healthy weight, it will catch up with you later in life so stop trying to lose weight, your not over weight

take salads at dinner and tell them you have lots of hw or you've been feeling sick lately so you have an excuse to not eat a lot. please dont get out of control with this your young.

You're supposed to be around 110 with your height. DONT starve yourself. If you feel fat, work out but moderately and tone up, your fat will turn into muscle BUT you will maintain a healthy weight. If you keep being underweight, you will look like a fricking skeleton and will look WORSE than you "skinny" friends. Aim to be healthy, not "sexy" you're only 14, which means you will grow into how you look. And being skinny isnt always a good thing.
Skinny = no boobs, no butt.

sweetie, ur my height n age omg i weigh 120 and most girls at school say they wish they had my body. Dont starve yourself. Honestly that doesnt sound like a healthy weight for you. And starving yourself makes you gain weight. Your body is hungary and not making enough nutrients for your body to function. So it saves calories, and what you do take in like water and soda your body immediatley converts it or stores it as sugar and fat. So if you must lose weight yeah i kno sounds old fashioned but: EAT HEALTHY AND EXERCISE!

dont try to lose weight when u weigh so little. in my opinion i wouldnt want a girl that is so small.
