I just found out that I'm going to Hawaii in 6 weeks. How can I get my body !

30 lbs in 6 weeks is unrealistic. However you could lose 15 lbs in that time period.

Eat 5-6 small meals a day (clean meals), exercise daily (mix it up with cardio and resistance training, and drink plenty of water.

I would cut down on bread, pasta, ice cream, ya know the bad carbs and cut out all drinks except water or Crystal Light for now to lose the most quickly. Eat more fruit for snacks instead of chips, cupcakes, and junk. Also, start walking 15-45 mins every night, and walk briskly. If you already exercise or belong to a gym, change up your routine, if you do weights, do cardio, if you do cardio, do weights, take some classes that really make you sweat like step, aerobics, spinning, etc. Start now, if you wait, you will regret it. Gardening burns alot of calories as well. You need to burn 3,500 calories to lose 1 lb. so get started! Gatorade is good for when you exercise heavily, to replace water and electrolytes. Watch your calories and it isn't a bad idea to get some advice from a nutritionist or fitness expert. Have fun in Hawaii, enjoy yourself no matter how much you lose, you never know when u will have the opportunity to go again!

ahm... eliminate fatty foods...
try to eat half of the amount that u take in in a meal ^_^
