Can I lose 9 pounds and tone up in one month?!


Question: Everyday(5 days a week)
70 minutes of pilates with 28 minutes in resistance band
combined with eating really healthy
NO CHIPS,SODA,JUICE,CHOCOLATE,WHITE BREAD,WHITE RICE,BEEF,AND PORK.
instead I will only eat egg whites,lean chicken,steamed vegetables,whole wheat bread,fruits,and 100 calorie packs to avoid indulging in chocolate.

Yes. Pilates is very good for toning. You will probably gain some nice lean muscles! Your diet sounds very healthy. I'm glad someone here is actually EATING because yahoo gets plagued with questions about "I want to lose weight so I'm not going to eat for 2 weeks. Is that healthy???"
