Excerise to get rid of arm flab and flatten stomach?!


Question: HELLP! i need some excerise to flatten my stomach and tighten my arm flab. ALLLL of us women have this problem. it's soo annoying.

and my thighs too..if you could throw some tips in for all those.
i need to target THOSE areas.

ARMS, STOMACH and thighs.

I'm doing a low carb diet and it's amazing so far!

I'm doing a low carb diet and it's amazing so far!

For flabby arms You take two 2 to 3 lb dumbbells, one in each hand. Raise them straight up over your head. Bending your elbows, lower them down behind your head until they touch the back of your shoulders at the top of your shoulders right below your neck. Start with 10 for 2 or 3 days then do 20. Add as many as you can handle. I do 30.. As your arms get stronger add as many as you can handle. I only do 30 myself. For your abs, sit on the side of your bed both feet on the floor. Lay back on the bed and raise your legs up straight out and hold to the count of ten. Do ten at first an add more as you get use to it. For thighs do leg raises and lunges I use the Thigh Master also. My old one I bought years ago.

All you have to do is run to get all of that. And maybe throw in a few crunches...

for your arms do some curls with dumbells, it burns calories off your arms, for your stomach do a lot of cardio and ab work outs, and for thighs do these http://www.sixpacknow.com/obliqueexercis...

my favorite exercise is the pull up.
With a twist, palms facing out, grip far apart
as possible, cross ankles. Making your body the letter Y
As you pull up bring your feet forward until they are level.
Do 3 sets of 3 every other day 1st wk
4sets of 5 2nd wk. keep up YOUR pace until 5sets of 10.
