Whats a diet for a 15 year old dancer?!


Question: I'm a dancer. I'm 14 years old and 95Lb (4'11") but feel fat when I'm in class, what should I be eating to help me slim down? I have to eat every three hours, due to my doctors orders, but I dont know what to eat. I want to lose weight but I dont know anyone who cane help. =[

Sara, why would you want to lose weight when 95 pounds is a very good weight for your height? dont worry about it you must be doing something right.

As a rule of thumb, stick to frequent small meals that include a protein and some carbs. but mostly protein. the carbs should be the good kind only.

avoid white bread, white rice, potatoes (only sometimes they are o.k., in moderation), sugar, or fried foods.

stick to things like whole wheat bread, fish, chicken, turkey, eggs, meat, cheese, fruits and vegetables, low salted peanuts, all natural peanut butter
