Suggestion on HEALTHY diet, reduce body fat, gain muscle?!

Question: I need suggestion on a healthy diet.

I'd like to lose my body fat around my belly and gain muscle mass.

My cholesterol level and blood pressure are both at borderline so I need to watch what I eat to lower both.

Your suggestion will be greatly appreciated, thanks!

If you know how many calories you need a cut that by 900 or so,
The more calories you need the easier your diet going to be. Lucky for tall men.
Eat alot of protein, it's possible, because eat stuff like fish, and chicken, it has low calories, and rich in protein.
For excersise, I suggest 20 minutes cardio, then 15 minutes weights, medium weight so you can 10-12 reps. Then day off from weight lifting and then do 30 minutes cardio.
Goodluck mate I'm doing the same
I'm using Tonalin CLA supplement too.
Lost at least a 1/2 an inch of my waist, and my body looks a bit toned and I'm 4 pounds lighter in just two weeks.

good question i gatta look for answers on this one too.

The first supplement to help block absorption of both sugars and starches. It works by inhibiting the activity of digestive enzymes whose job is to break down carbohydrates for your body to absorb and store as fat. Your body still benefits from the vitamins, minerals, and fiber in the foods you eat.

Carb Blocker is a natural, ephedra-free dietary supplement that's made from fermented soy and white kidney bean extracts. It can be a great addition to your sensible weight-loss plan that includes eating healthier, smaller portions and exercising more often

There are all kind of diets out there, you need to eat balanced meals and cut out the simple carbs. No eating late at night. Drink plenty of water and back away from the sodas. You also need to do some kind of aerobic exercise at least an hour a day. That can be walking, running, biking, etc. To build muscle go to sagelectrostim.com, they have a revolutionary device that will help you build muscle mass with no need for weightlifting. If you do the above you will lose fat, get stronger and get your levels back to normal.

Try the Wu-Yi Tea Diet: http://WuYiTeaDiet.info

It helped me lose 8 lbs. in the past 2 weeks.

Diet: LOTS of salads and veggies!!!!!

AND exercise!!!!

I THINK you should consult your primary care physician and then a personal trainer or if your Dr. suggests certain reading material, do it. NOBODY knows better than you and your Dr.

Thanks for asking your Q! I enjoyed answering it!
