I need to lose 10 pounds quick?!


Question: I know people say "lose it quick and you'll get it back" but I want it off now. what exercises can I do and how much should I eat? By the way I'm 5'1 and 120lbs [if that's important] I really need someones help!

well one losing ten pouns fast isnt good i lost 10 in a week and i could barely move i lost 60 altogther which is about 10-12 pounds a week but if u wonna take a risk then u nee dto exercise 2 hrs a day i llifted wieghts and ran and eat only 1500- 2000 calories a day drink only water or nutrition drinks dont drink v8s either my dad told me to avoid them while on my diet he said they are loaded with calories i doubt they are but anywayt hey are nasty eat plenty of meat i had either steak or porkchop 5 nights of the week i also walked 2 miles every day cause i walked to school its 1 mile there and 1 mile back avoid stuff like donuts or cookies or coke drink only diets or zeros cause it takes more than an hour to burn off that donut coke or cookie if u do this u will lose the wieght but it is a serious risk to your health i say losing 2-3 pounds a week would be best i wish i did that cause it took me 1 week to get my strength back so like i said its a health risk and especially since ur a girl its bad for ur bodie and u will be really weak i hope this helped you

you sound perfect to me but if you say so id get a vinyl suit and get on a exercise machine for bout 40 mins a day.

Eat 1200 calories and run. That is the best advice I had. Try to run A LOT.. I mean for like two hours a day. You will lose the weight probably in 2 to 3 weeks. There really isn't any way to lose it quicker.

The Master Cleanser aka. lemonade diet is great and actually good for you. I have done it a few times. I lost 4 lbs at the end of the first day.

go on a all liquid diet, only fresh fruits and vegetables, and juice them with a juicer, i know because i did it in the month of November i lost 20lbs, and never gained it back, i then started working out in December, it was a cleanse for me, i took colon cleansers and herbal tea as well as rejuvenators(vitamins) and drank-ed plenty of water.

Go to the YMCA every chance you get and start with doing laps for 15 minutes for a warm up, then stretch (quads, arms, calfs, buttox, ect.). Then jog 1/2 miles. Go to the work out room and go on the stationary bicycle for 30 minutes starting at a medium difficulty, but going up near the middle- and back to medium near the end. Do stretches again. Go back to the pool and do 20 laps.

That's something I do every single Saturday. You can add excercises as you see nessisary. I'm 5'8 and weigh 120 Ib.

It's definitely very possible!
