Lower your caloric intake and increase exercises. You need to do cardio for at least 20 minutes 3 -5 times a week. Cut out foods that are high in fat, sodium, and calories.
My doctor told me to take your goal weight, lets say 110, and multiply that times 10 = 1100 which should be the number of calories you should eat per day to reach your goal weight. Just multiply the goal weight by 10.
If you use pills, you will most likely gain it back. Try this and you should see results.

All you need to do is start exercising more and eat more healthier. Thats the key.There is no magical way to all of a sudden loose weight, and don't do those crazy diets they're dangerous!

Well 2 things that you can do is start excercising, walking 2-4 miles can change your apperance, alot. Some people think that you will burn more calories if you run, but its quite the opposite, stick to something that you can handle, dont try to over due yourself. Another thing you can do is eat better, i didnt drink cokes for over 2 months and i lost 15 pounds. You dont have to starve yourself, you can eat what you do now, but in porportions, dont eat overly sugary desserts. SOmething else that can help you out alot is cutting bread,its super bad, if you cut bread and cokes you can lose over 12 in a month, if you stick to a healthy diet. What ever you do dont hurt yourself trying to lose weight, its dangerous and unhealthy. Do it for yourself, and not for others.
