How to prevent gallstones while losing weight?!


Question: i was wondering how to prevent gallstones while losing about 4 lbs a week (since losing weight quickly can contribute to this). i'm going to lose at least 4 lbs a week regardless, so please just replies w/ how to help lower the risk of getting them besides not losing weight as quickly. thanks!

Eat healthy and various food, avoid food high on cholesterol (cholesterol is a part of 80% of gal stones, other gal stones are infection-based).
Also, eating food without fat will leave bile in galblader, and excess bile is likely to create gal stones. So, you should consume at least some spicy/roasted food to force the usage of bile.

typically only those that partake in unhealthy weight loss practices get gallstones. you may lose 4 lbs a week for 2 weeks but after that weight loss will slow to a crawl.

Take a glass of lukewarm water with freshly squeezed lemon juice in it every morning. Try not to sweeten it if you can possibly manage. This not only stops them developing but studies have shown it can help break down existing ones.

Also include in your diet grapefruit and endive.
