Practice holding this for long periods of time and then begin to move the hands 2 inches away from the wall and hold the the 3 area off the wall for as long as possible - this will create muscle memory and practice this until ready. ding, good luck -

Well first you need a supple stomach and strong arms. Good balance and confidence! With your arms kept straight and you eyes focused on the ground (looking at you fingers), with your toes pointed, balancing should become a little easier!
