What is a serving size for nuts?!
Question: I heard 1/2 cup (4 oz) of nuts is good, but is that a week or a day? On the Blue Diamond commercial they say one can a week. I'm guessing the can is about 16oz so thats less than a 1/2 cup (4oz) of nuts a day. Anyone know?
