***Can a 14 yr old female get FULLY ripped in 3 months by doing this? *[PICS]***!


Question: Breakfast 6:45a.m: Quaker Oatmeal (the one in the cylinder) with raisins with 1% milk
Lunch 4:00p.m: Progresso soup OR soy burger on wheat bun OR Smart One meals (those healthy refridgerated meals in a box that you put inthe microwave)
Exercise 5:00p.m: Lifting weights for 1hour (and if I feel like it, I'll add a 44 minute kickboxing session in addition to lifting weights)
Dinner 7:30p.m: Cereal or Progresso soup (I have a craving for cereal at night!)

your fine the way your are. What you want to do is the beginning of an eating disorder. If you want to lose weight add cardio and lifting or go to workout classes at the gym but you shouldn't restrict your food to that little your body wont have the energy it needs to work out or function regularly for that matter.
