Is it okay to wake up a 5:30 am to work out?!

Yes, working out in the morning is the best for you because their is no food to burn, so you actually burn fat.

I don't see why not as long as you make sure you are getting enough sleep overall. If you stay up late every night and get up early every morning, it will catch up to you.

I would never do it at 5:30, but I am not a morning person. My mother, however, is different. She finds that if she wakes up earlier and works out, she is more likely to follow through with her work-out schedule.

OFCOURSE!!! when is it not okay to get up early to wake up?!!? a jump start on metabolism with some good stretching is THE perfect time, i get up at 4:30 am every morning to do my work out just so i can make my regular morning routine on time, which definetly requies a shower :D

US Army . we had to go in everyday at 05:55 PT every morning. push ups sit ups and a 3 miles run.. Sleep and eating the right foods is the key. not when you work out.. 0400 in the morning or at midnight.. Once you get used to doing it in the morning you'll start to notice you feel better in the day because you worked out in the early.

yeah but don't do weights every day cause you will strain your muscles so do it every other day. try cardio on the other days

Working Out Anytime Is Good And Yup Always Leave A Day For Strength Training As Weights.

Not merely okay but highly commendable! As long as you drink plenty of water and don't forget to have breakfast (I have something small before workout and the rest after). And as long as your day doesn't wind up being so long that you're exhausted.

The very early morning is a great time of day.

What a wonderful way to start your day and get your body working for the day. Rather in the morning because after a hard day's work or studies you may not feel like it in the evening and won't get around to doing any excercise.

If you get enough sleep! But, if this is new to you, then please don't over do it! Start out lite with only like twenty minutes.
