How can i loose some weight???!


Question: I am 14 and about 5' 5" 1/2 i weigh 163 pounds i really want to loose some weight i would like to be down to about 120 or so any tips or websites would be great! Thanks!

im 5'5 1/2 and i weigh 150 ... when i was 14 i weighed about the same you do now but right around the age of 15 my hormones kicked in and i started losing weight by doing nothing i know i know you dont feel like a kid but honestly your body hasnt started to lose its baby weight yet .. give it a little longer and it will just wash away... dont stress over your weight please.. im sure you are beautiful just as you are.. be confident and you hold your head high thats what people notice first... confidence is everything... ok.?! i told my sister the same thing and she didnt believe me but now she says "ah you were right i was wrong" lol trust me ok... just dont stress over it and remember... the girls that are bone thin now.... look at their moms ... im sure youll be looking great at 20-30 and they wont even look the same .. it always works out that way. be happy with how you look!

The best way to loose weight is to do naturally. The body will accept it better. Take half the intake, eat half what u normally eat. 3 light meals a day. No sugar stuff. Soft drinks are no good. Plain water is the best. No sweet drinks and no snack. Do not eat between meals. Have regular time meals. Do not eat before bed. No supper. Breakfast is a must. Take a light lunch. A lighter dinner. Less red meat, if possible take fish. The best way to eat fish is to steam it. More vegetables and take 2 kinds of fruits per day. If u decide to stop meat a better replacement would to take beancurd. You can caculate your body mass index (BMI) with a formula.

BMI = weight (in kilograms) divide by
(Height (m) x Height (m))

using this formula so should be able to tell your ideal weight.
remember I kilograms = 2.2046 pounds
