Will i see results with this?!


Question: Heyy there, so i am 14 and about 142 pounds, i would really like to lose about 20-30 pounds, since i do have a bit of a stomach, and my thighs are kind of large, lol, i also just want to be more comfortable in my skin and be more healthy, so will i see results with this?:

I plan on doing Walk slim daily, which is a walk at home system http://www.lesliesansone.com/index.htm I also horseback ride 2 times a week for an hour. So there's my exercise, i'm going to start just using some 5 pound hand weights and lifting those doing curls and such.

I also plan on dieting, eating every 3 or so hours, eat organic and natural foods, fresh fruits and vegetables, salad, boca burgers and sch since i'm a vegetarian. (I have been for about a month and a half now.)

Do you think I will see results over time with this? I don't want instant results, but i want to be healthy, do you think i'm on the right path?

Very much so. Especially the eating. Eating small meals throughout the day allow for calories to be spent correctly and also allows for a wide variety of nutrition.

yeah you will definately get in shape
but i always thought that eating 3 meals a day was healthier than many snacks several times a day!
oh well maybe im wrong....
