Help me: What danger will it be to drink a soda with no calories but no fat?!

Caffeine, sodium, artificial sweeteners, and phosphoric acid are some ingredients in diet sodas. While we all want and/or need caffeine to some extent, the other stuff is definitely not what we were intended to put into our bodies.
But to answer your question, you could worsen your health even if you are not getting fat. Simply by drinking soda instead of water you are robbing your body of the most crucial ingredient we use to survive.
Besides this, studies have shown that people who drink diet soda get fatter because they subconsciously feel better about consuming unhealthy foods. Apparently, they figure that they are making up for the bad (unhealthy food) with some inaccurate good (diet soda).
Even if you have a great metabolism and will simply not get fat, I would always recommend staying away from the sodas and focus on drinking more water.

How can a drink with 0 calories make you fat?
It might contain a host of artificial sweetners and colourings, but it doesn't make you fat.

You can have a soda once in a while - don't obess about it. Go ahead and enjoy.

it dosen't make u fat but it is supposed to leach the calcium from ur bones so I wouldn drink 2 much

the Diet soda in it self does not make a person fat, the studies have just shown that the ingredients in diet soda cause a person to crave sweets. The most Diet soda does it make a person bloated, and deplete them of some nutrients.

It might not make you fat, but the danger is that phosphoric acid in the drink can take away the calcium from your bones and might cause osteoporosis (soft and porous bones). It might also dissolve the enamel of your teeth.
