You're healthy. You're where you're supposed to be but if you want to lose a little belly fat or lose the man boobs, or get some abs, then you can lose 2-5 kg and the muscle will start showing.
Here are a few tips if you decide to lose weight:
1. Eat properly, this means about 176 grams of protien a day (1 gram of protein per POUND of body weight), use protien shake if neccesary. DO NOT DRINK SODA. I can't stress this enough. I coach highschool football and kids are coming into the gym with a pepsi and tell me they want to lose weight. NOT GOING TO HAPPEN. the same goes for all junk food. Eating properly is 75% of losing weight/ gaining muscle.
2. Exercise. Glucose (sugar from food) will turn into fat if it's not used in 2-3 days. Don't let that happen. Sweat everyday. If you want to lose weight in a certain area, say your chest, do excersizes for that area (bench press) with only 25% of your normal benching weight. For example, you can bench 65 kg.( I'm american so I'm sorry if my numbers are off) If you lift 65 kg in 10 reps, that would be one set. Do three sets of these if you want to gain muscle. HOWEVER, to lose weight, use 25% of that weight, 16.25 kg (just use 15 kg if it's easier) lift 15 kg for as many reps as you can as long a time period as you can. Meaning, just keep working until the body part you are working on falls off. Take a 1 minute break, then beat your record. Do this a maximum of once everyother day. in the days between, if you want, work on other muscles.
3. Drink water. If you see that you dropped 2 kg in one day, good job but I gaurantee that 95% of that is water weight. Please drink water even though it makes you feel your workout was wasted because you are gaining all of it back, you still lost 5% of 2 kg which is .1 kg, a great start. (This is only on the first day, the next workouts will not show as dramatic of results.)

If you follow this, you should buff in no time! Good luck!

it is never to early to lose weight and get in shap doin when you are younger is better

no 17 is perfect in fact you can exercise whatever age you want to no big deal buddy

Hi,NO your fine the way you are.Dont get into the habit of yo-yo dieting its not good.Just eat 3 healthy meals and 3 healthy snacks a day, drink plenty of water and exercise regularly and you will stay healthy, fit and strong.Stay away from junk foods and take aways and sodas too, also if you drink alcohol that's not good for you either.Just eat right and you will do fine.Take care.

I've provided a link to a BMI (Body Mass Index) calculator below. According to your stated height and weight, you are right at the borderline. Your BMI calculates to 25.3 That being said, however, you need to ask:
Are you muscular, or is there noticeable fat. Try the pinch test. If you can pinch more than an inch of fat at the waist, then some dietary or exercise regimen may be in order.
