Ok some advice please. on weight lose?!


Question: ok i have had 3 kids and i still have some extra pounds from being pregnant.i run and play with my kids. plus i work 12 hr nights k well i have cut back on my food intake and i still havent lost any weight,like i said i am active,i chase my kids playing and what not, i dance for fun at home,and i am a cna and i am constantly running up and down the halls all night long. and i have cut out sweets,and am limiting my portions, and have been the last 3 or 4 months,but i still havent lost not 1 pound.and i dont drink sodas, i drink milk and water thats it.i am so desperatley wanting to be a size 12 by june. i am a 16 now. why havent i lost weight i dont understand. if someone has an idea of why? please and thank you

Be Amazed at how simple it is to lose that excess weight you have .....

It could be a few things. One, look at the coffee and soda you drink. Those have a bunch of calories that are empty and won't help you. If you're not sleeping much, your body lowers it's metabolism as well.

Otherwise, don't define yourself by your size. If you're confident, you'll look better then a girl who thinks terribly of herself being a size 12.

You're not your size. You are your own person.

I don't know why else you might not be able to lose weight.

i dont think you are big if you feel confident of you thats wat count look im 15 and size 3/4 people said i have a great body but i dont feel like i have it so i wish i could have the confident you have

Ok so I have two kids myself and am working on losing weight. I am doing Turbo Jam right now. I know what you mean about running around all day, but you need to add an actual exercise to your daily schedule it'll help. And take a look at what your eating exactly, does it contain a lot of fat or little to none.... Im not trying to be rude or anything its just something that I looked to myself when I started trying to lose the weight after my 2nd... just an idea on what you could do~
