13y.o losing pounds? want to be size 2!?!


Question: i am 5'3, 112lbs and 13

my first goal is to weigh 100lbs by may

and my end goal is to weigh 90lbs by june/july

what should i eat everyday and how much exercise should i do? i really want to weigh 90lbs! - will i be size 2?

I know that by writing this you're gonna be frustrated because all you want is some tips to lose weight right?? I know how you feel because I was in the same position a while ago. Well, now I have anorexia and buliemia because of a comment to just starve myself. Yeah.. not good. 112 pounds is already borderline underweight so please dont aim to be 90 pounds its silly. Eat healthy foods like raw vegetables, fruit, brown bread etc. and go for a 20 minute walk every day. This will boost your metabolism and keep you healthy but slim. Good luck but please dont go too far!! =D

Depending on your bone structure some cannot become a size 2! Your BMI is already teetering over the underweight side of average. If you do become a size 2 there is nothign good looking about being anorexic.

Please ditch this silly idea. You are 13 years old, your body is growing and developing.

However, if you wish to not have children in the future and to have brittle bones, no hair and false teeth then hey, go for it. Knock yourself out.
