Question: i would like to lose 10 pounds next month, i am 5'3, 112lbs.
what should my diet be? how many grams of fat etc?
i also need to do exercise so how often? would walking one mile a day be enough?

To work out ho many calories you need you should take a diet profile and bmi calculator http://www.alfitness.com.au
You do not need to lose weight your BMI is already on the lower side of average.
112lbs is tiny.
