Help with workout routine?!
Question: okay.. so i used to be in shape but than this year i didn't take p.e. which was like one of my only forms of excersise. so i gained weight. i toned up by running more and i now think i am just fine. except for one thing-my stomache! its discusting and i would like it if someone would give me a workout routine that gets fast results and is simple to follow.

I don't know any ones that actually work really fast....the only ones I know of include dieting and situps...you first have to remove the layer of fat over your abs via dieting then you do situps so you get muscle...if you find one that works faster then about 4+ months let me know....I am starting a diet tomorrow in addition to 2 sets of 20 crunches and 45 minutes on a stationary bike every night after school
