How does this diet sound?!
Question: Breakfast:
Unsweetened cereal
yogurt
fruit
Lunch:
lettuce and turkey and low fat dressing wrapped in a tortilla
Afternoon Snack:
yogurt or egg
Dinner:
smartones or lean cusiune meal
salad
vegetable serving
desert:
fruit
cool whip
a few chocolate chips
** Along with 8 glasses of water a day and 45 minutes excersise**

Go to mypyramid.gov and put this into the computer program they offer for free, it'll tell you how many calories, carbs, protein, vitamins etc. it has and how much of those things you should be eating based on your age, gender, etc.

Healthy food isn't what it's cracked up to be. Go on the yahoo home page and you'll see an artical about how much fat and calories those things have!
Its ok but should not have afternoon snack and desserts
this sounds pretty good to me. I'm trying to go on a diet also..i think that's pretty good. Just make sure you don't eat too many carbs and your carbs and proteins have to some what balance out. About 20 carbs or less is good. Just watch what you eat and it's not even all about eattingn healthy you can eat what you normally eat, just cut it down. If you eat a bag of chips everyday(even though that's bad) eat like 1/4 of it or don't go over half of it. yuuhh kno? =]
