How do i get one?!


Question: i am 12 and i have seen loads of women that are not skinny but have like a girls 6 pack or 4 pack ... how do i excersize and work so hard to get what what stuff do i have to do

You just have to vigorously move for atleast a half hour EVERY DAY! Excercise is what does it. Do a serious of excercises that involve cardio [running, jogging], abs [crunches, sit ups], and weight training [lifting weights]. Eventually, the work will show. It is important that you must excercise everyday to get the results that you want. Also, watch what you eat as well. Try to avoid sweets as best as you can. Treat yourself to something unhealthy once a week. Drink lots of water and avoid soda. Soda contains harmful and empty calories. Empty calories are calories that cannot be burned off. To keep my weight maintained, I put on a CD and dance to that. I start off by dancing, then incorporate abs and extensive stretching into it. The key is MOVEMENT! The more you move, the thinner you will be. Hope my answer helped out!

do lots of situps and pushups.......and eat lots of proteins.....ex: egss, poultry, steak, and lots of milk...

work on abs!! so crunches situps, etc.

for now eat properly. no soda or junk food(candy, chips, sweets, etc.) stay away from anything that's fried or really greasy(fast food) and for meats fish is best for you, then turkey, chicken, pork(not bacon or sausage), lamb, beef.

join a sport to keep in shape, maybe soccer for now or just cycling, in highschool track and field(the pole vault does wonders for the abdominal muscles) or swimming, and worry about working out when you're a little bit older.

to get ab muscles built up there are a whole lot of different exercises, you can't just do one or you're muscles will be out of proportion. but if i were you i'd worry about keeping healthy, and get those ab muscles when i'm a bit older.

You're 12 years old. Don't worry about it! Enjoy being 12! You've got a few years before you need to worry about that sort of thing.

The girls don't look skinny because they have muscle. You can't usually see abs (six-pack) unless the women have very low body fat. Since girls tend to have more subcutaneous fat, making them softer and more rounded, it's rarer to see women with abs.

However, if that's what you want....

You'll have to eat a low carb, high protein diet and do those crunches every day.
