Is it good to lay down after a heavy meal?!


Question: Their is no harm except you gain more weight. As your food is digesting in your stomach by sitting or laying down, your metabolism becomes slower than usually causing you to gain weight. It won't be much, you could probably lose it. But if you continue doing this, you can end up with over 10 lbs in your belly. After a heavy mean, you should walk around your house for a few minutes. That would do the trick.

sit up relax for a little while and go for a slow walk is the best thing you can do .

You really shouldn't because you won't burn the calories that you just consumed. But if you feel sick you probably should way down.

It is far better to not eat heavy meals.
