Is there a way to lose 6-7 pounds before June?!
Question: and if so, how is that possible? Whoever gets more detailed gets the 10 points. I'm thinking of going on a 1500 calorie diet and running 10-15 minutes a day. Will that work for me? How long will it take? I'm so new to this. Please Help! Lol
I don't think im overweight. I'm 5'5 and weigh 130-132, but I would love to tone up. How do I do that also?

I think that that would work as long as you eat the right foods, such as fruit etc. You can still have a treat but use your calories up throughout the day rather than all at once.

at the bottom of this is a six week diet which is really good as it contains 'normal' foods. also if you browse around the site you can find other resources :)
also you could try doing yoga or pilates as they are both relaxing and really help tone up more than anything. You could either buy a dvd or you can even find different yoga positions online :)
