Pectorial Muscles & Man Boobs.?!


Question: Alright. I am being honest and i do have Pectorial Muscles that fill out not much but they do fill out and i think they look good.

I have a theroy but i'm not sure if it would work, i'll need some feed bck for this one.

If you were to take a pair of "Moobs" and go to the gym and work out (The "Moobs" fill out normally but are not perky and well sag) do you think you could turn a pair of "Moobs" into Pectorial Muscles?.

If i wanted bigger Pectorial Muscles, could i make myself gain "Moobs" and then go to the gym 4 times a week as per usual and turn thos "Moobs" into bigger pectorial muscles that fill out ever more than they do now?.

I want a bigger set of pectorial muscles but its hard, because i've been working on them for a while know, they've only gotten a bit bigger but alot more stronger ad firmer.

Any Idea's on filling out Pectorial's if this wouldnt work?

I'm not sure this would work properly. There is a possibility it could, but gaining weight isn't a healthy way to go about things. Plus it would probably be harder to do it this way because fat cannot turn into muscle easily, and for it to be effective the excess weight would need to be lost before the pecs improve, which may make the muscle decrease slightly. Vicious circle..

However, eat a protein based diet, so lots of chicken, fish and eggs as these are particularly good sources. Proteins are responsible for the building and repairing of muscles, so eating these will help a lot.

Also, when you lift weights or however you train, make sure the weights are heavy or the training is intense and is it done for quite short periods of time. This way, muscular strength is being built and so the size of them will increase. If you do it for a long time, it will be more endurance training, and won't necesarily improve the size of the muscles.

Fat's fat, wherever it is, I think it's best to gain muscle by working out that way, then losing weight so you don't get these 'moobs'

Fat cannot turn into muscle. They're two completely different body tissues. (Although I suppose if you taped up your manboobs into the shape of pecs and always wore a shirt...)

every1 has pectoral muscles. moobs r just fat over top of a mans pec muscles. the only way 2 get ur pecks bigger is 2 continue 2 work them out. getting fat in order 2 get moobs and then trying 2 make ur pecs bigger from there is actually a step backwards because in order 2 gain that much fat ull have 2 stop working out which ill then cause ur muscles 2 shrink. just stick with working out like u normally do and ull eventually c results

WOW. First I am a fat schlep but I have awesome pecs. I bench press and work out but have a really big gut. The problem is the nipple. I have nice pecs but the nipples are puffy. When I was a skinny fellow I did not have this problem. I hope this information is useful. There is always surgery but that is a little extreme.

sorry but wisdom is right but over time fat will slowly disappear as your working out just do flat bench, incline bench,decline bench, DB flys, ISO DB press, GET THOSE MOOBS BURNIN UP!

I have alot of muscle mass. I love bodybuilding. If you want pecs then just workout at least 3 times per week.
