That is the most realistic weight loss goal I've ever seen asked about on answers.

You can do this easily by reducing your food intake and increasing your physical activity. Don't eat sugar, butter or food that contains them. No high fructose corn syrup, no hydrogenated oils. No fatty or salty snack foods. Be councious of eating more fruits and vegetable every day. Don't eat ANYTHING that contains white flour. No carbonated drinks of any kind and don't drink juice, stick with plain old water, and drink plenty of it.

For exersize, you'll want to find something that fits in your schedule, maybe even take the kids for a walk.

5 pounds in a month is very doable, you just need to eat a little less - try leaving a little on your plate as well as following the above suggestions - and exersize a little more.

ok every day u have to drink water eat lots of fruit and vegetables and exercise outside or go to the gym. it worked with me and now i am happy

you can lose 5 lbs in a month, but getting toned will take longer after having a baby. Eat right,....and try the eat when your hungry but stop when your full......most people can't do this, we overeat. AND cardio workout 3 times a week. Walking with the baby, workout shows on TV. Get one of those workout balls for toning your stomach.

ok trust me this works. if u eat normally continually one day and only eat 500 calories the next u will lose weight. becuz the first day u r speeding up ur metabolism, and then u rnt taking in excess calories. give it a go!

Find 30 minutes a day to do some carido...speed walking, running, tredmill/cycle...that with a good balance diet (just watch what you eat) and 5 pounds in a month isn't unreasonable.

Yeah but it's going to be a lot of work! You'll need to burn exactly 625 calories every single day (3500cal = 1 pound). Actually cutting down your food intake by about 312.5 calories daily and then burning 312.5 calories daily would probably be more efficient and realistic.

It is possible though. You can do it if you just stick to it every day!

I am a Certified Health Coach, This is right up my alley.
Just make healthier choices. DON'T starve yourself.
Cut down on white flour products, pop, sugar, white potatoes and rice. Eat more nutrient dense foods and more fiber.
