Chilli peppers vs. carbs?!

Question: I saw or read recently that chilli peppers have an ingredient that negate the craving for carbs. What is it? How does it work? Is it only in chilli peppers or can it be found in several varieties of hot peppers?

capsaicin, an active chemical found in chili peppers, the chemical activates the same neuronal pathways as fat,
sending the signal to the brain that you are full. Capsaicin also triggers the release of endorphins and serotonin, which makes people feel better both physically
and emotionally.

this was not a commerical, I was telling you what it was and how it works, uh, I guess I'm sorry

if your mouth is hot enough im sure it can curb any craving...

After a while, you will find yourself craving the peppers more than the carbs. Just be careful how you eat the peppers. If you use salsa, this has a lot of salt. If with chips, these have salt and carbs. Find natural ways to eat them in recipes, etc.

well...regardless a HOT chilli pepper or regular peppers are known as a fat burner :P
