A meal or somethink filing with low calouries?!


Question: ok so im trying to loose some weight for summer im trying to get down to just under 100 so is there any foods that are nice and low in calouies i need somethink around 100-150 for a meal i know not much but im trying my hardest also it needs to be nice no meat at all or fish also what kind of salads can i make under 150

I take it by meat you also mean poultry?
Cottage cheese,
Mushrooms,
Egg whites,

grilled chicken salad,baked chicken,steamed carrots,and broccoli,basicly anything thats veggie,fruits,chicken,salmon,sweet potato,nuts...hope this helped

You don't want to do that at all. You need more than 100-150 calories per meal. If you want to go only the calorie way, you need at least 1300 calories a day. Don't starve yourself because you will be binging because you really wanted that food that you can't have, and you have to have it now.

That's why people go off the diets. They don't like the food they are eating because it's "healthy", and they starve themselves. "Healthy" is in the eye of the beholder. If liked oranges I would eat them a lot. If I hate them, or don't care for them, why should I force myself to eat them. That's the problem with a "healthy diet". Than, you skip out on all the good things like chocolate cookies, cakes, pizza, and so on.

Just stop excessive food, and listen to your stomach. If you get bored, and stressed, think why do I need this food? It won't make your boredom, and stress go away.
