stay away from fast food, eat but like once a month
work out whenever u can, the more the better
eat vegetables. they r really good for ur stomach
sleep 7-8 hours a day. it will make u live longer and look better.

That is a good question. Follow a definite routine schedule of getting up early in the morning, going to sleep early and the time s for exercise, yoga, prayers, recreation, studies, work and to the family and friends. Must be balanced and not hectic for your good health. At least twice weekly self total body massage and daily morning and before going to bed shower. Be nice and kind to every body, serve your parents, and family with love. Never do bad deeds, abide by the law and no drug, alcohol and smoke.

Have a balanced diet at the proper intervals with lots of green leafy vegetables, fruit, milk and milk products and plenty of water.

see u cant becum healthy unless u wish to
if u dont follow ur regular time table u might becum ver fat
so avoid bread , oily stuff , cheese , etc
walk atleast 1/2 km evry day
try to do skipping (if u wish to)
go for swimming once a week
hav wat ever u wanna but
at the same time u hav to
excercise
