Do wide grip bench and push ups for pecks and do french curls (you take the dumbell and put it over your head holding it with both hands and do reps behind your head) for triceps and do pull ups and curls for biceps. You probably want to do some shoulder exercises (shoulder flies, military presses, etc) cause they are what really fill out your form for upper body besides your chest.

bench press for you pecs, do your arms, and dont forget your back.

Chest:
Bench press
Dumbbell Bench press
Incline bench press
Incline DB Bench press
Decline Bench
Decline Dumbbell
Normal/Decline/Incline DB Flies
Cable Crossover
Pushups

Back:
DEADLIFTS
Wide or Close grip pulldowns or pull ups
Bent over rows
Cable rows
Single arm rows
Shrugs

legs is the most important exercise to improve your upper body you gott to train your legs and your upper body will get bigger also train your chest shoulder arms the lot. It may sound stupid about your legs but it is true legs are important and you cant skit it you got to train your legs.
