For one thing, 'organic' has a specific legal meaning. 'Natural' just means that it doesn't contain anything not found in nature. Many ingredients such as salt, sugar, and some colorings are of natural origin.

Examples:

An apple from an orchard that uses pesticides is still 'natural' because the spray isn't considered an ingredient

If your milk has added Vitamin D derived from fish (yes, it happens), it's natural but certainly not organic.

wellll..

first off, organic is not what you think it is.
organic means that it is made of carbon, which would be ANY fruit or veggie you pick up off the counter.

so they are LYING TO YOU.

but anyway I would say that all natural would be better because the ingredients are... well all natural.

organic could just mean they did not use any pesticides while growing the plant.

:]

Certified "Organic means that is USDA certified to be called Organic. That means that the product has to be grown or produced in chemical free soil. No bu sprays of chemicals of any kind can be used. Food preservatives (chemical type) are also forbidden. The ground has to be chemical free for a number of years to be certifyed.
All Natural is just a broad term that can mean anything.

To call food organic it must be grown on a certified organic farm that follows the USDA organic regulations, uses no prohibited substance, is inspected by a 3rd party organic inspector and has been free of all banned substances for a minimum of 3 years.

It is not true that organic farms do not use pesticides, they do. Organic pesticides are plant, animal or mineral based, not petroleum based or from a manufactured source

Natural has no regulation so anything can be called natural
