There's no way to lose 20lbs "Like, right now" safely. The only recommendation I have for you is exercise and healthy eating habits. I know it gets annoying to hear, but it's true life. Crash diets don't work, never have, and never will. Take it from someone who has been there and done that. sorry, ure best bet would be the cabbage soup diet..if u stick to it well, u can lose up to 17 pounds in a week..but u gain it all back after eating normally again..only do this for a week otherwise u will end up in the hospital!

Sweetie eat smaller portions and exercise more .. try walking and building up your speed each day you will notice a difference fast.... then more you exercise and learn better eating habits the faster you will loose....good luck
