I need to lose weight FAST?!


Question: my doctor said if i dont lose 20 lbs in the next 2 weeks than they r going to hav to givr me these pills i want to lose the wieght WITHOUT pills in 2 weeks. how can i do this w/ out killing myself!

I had to have an operation 4 years ago. A very serious one. The doctor said I had to lose 20 lbs fast. I lost 36 in 4 weeks. I walked every day. At work I walked at lunch time and after work I went to the closest park and walked an addition hour. I also went on the heart healthy diet. My doctor was amazed , the operation went well and I feel great.

You can do it ! If you can show them you are serious and lose as much as you can even if it is not 20 but close to it I am sure they may give you a little more time. But you have to be serious about it OK....

You could do the mastercleanse... not the healthiest idea, but its the most drastic diet i know of to lose that amount of weight in that amount of time

your doctor didnt tell you how??? they just said you need to shed 20lbs in 2 wks?? it's not going to be easy...i dont think.. but yeah..eat healthy and exercise . good luck

There is no doctor alive who demands that someone lose 20 pounds in 2 weeks. If your doctor really said that, please find a new one.

If you loose the 20 lbs. in 2 weeks it won't stick anyways and you'll just end up gaining the weight back cuz its not healthy to loose 20lb in two weeks. SO maybe you should try the pills they might help. GOOD LUCK =)

Keep a low calorie diet (fruits, vegetables) Avoid snacks like cookies etc. (instead replace them w/ an apple, banana etc.) When you feel hungry don't binge eat it'll just add more weight and make all the efforts useless. Exercise too. I'm not sure if you should do it too vigorously though b/c it might add weight (muscle mass) ...

Get off your butt and do something other then sitting on the internet.

Honestly, you should see another doctor. I believe losing twenty pounds in two weeks is way too much.

WOW! That's a lot of pounds. I'm not sure about 20lbs but you could probably lose around 6-10. Try not to drink juice or pop and go for water. Water clears out toxins and hydrates you and your skin. Also, try to eat more fruits and vegetables. They are very low in calories and just good for you. I'd also recommend doing cardio 3-4 times a week. Also, eliminate cookies, candy, and chips. If you really need to, go for healthy chips. Baked snacks are okay but look at the calories. Also, try not to eat deep fried food or breaded food. It's not good for you.

but the problem is, i dont believe you, really, because losing 20 pounds in 2 weeks is unhealthy. serious, lossing 20 pounds in a month is borderline unhealthy. and if you try for that then your might hurt yourself and i dont want that to happen to you. But to help you loss weight the right way, heres what you do.
1. eat smaller portions, most portions in the united states are huge! look online at what portions should be and take it from there.
2. exercise, go jogging while listening to your ipod, its fun and makes you feel better too. if you cant go jogging then try for at least 30 min of exercise a day, thats healthy
3. dont skip meals, all that does is make you hungry and your body stores food turning it into fat, try eating smaller meals throughout the day, like every 4 hours, this gets your metabolism up
so try that, and if you want other help, try getting in touch with a nutritionist, there are many places you can call.

P.S. theres one thing i forgot, keep a positive attitude, dont be down on yourself, your moving in the right direction and beauty is more then what you look on the outside, its how you carry yourself too. look at queen latifa (thats spelt wrong), shes a big women but shes hot because she carries herself well
