Watch that show "I can make you lose weight" on tlc.

They do this thing where you have to tap on your cheekbone, collarbone, and side of hand and it resets your brain.

Also, you are supposed to visualize the food that you crave, like chocolate, and see it mixed in with a food you don't like. Then put hair on top of the chocolate and sardines, or whatever food you don't like. Then visualize yourself eating it. If you do it right, you will gag, or dry heave and you will not want to eat that food for a while.

to eat four to five mini meals a day instead of three large. Also, drink lots of water.

Besides the first answer, also drink lots of water. This will fill your stomach temporarily, and you won't feel so hungry.

Close your eyes and imagine the food you are craving. Then imagine it covered in something disgusting and repulsive like maggots or cockroaches.

eat more healthy mini meals that consists of fiber, protein and healthy fats. for healthy snacks try a handful of almonds or low fat yogurt.

eat more fruits, vegies and drink more water. no more sugary drinks
