Ok I have a question about this diet?!


Question: Ok I am 11 (12 in July) and I want to loose 30 pounds by June 3, 2008.
I usually skip breakfast because I hate breakfast foods.
For lunch I have one day a roast beef and swiss sandwhich on white bread. Water. An apple. And usually chips or a pickle.
For Dinner I have whatever, I usually skip this meal or eat a sub or chips.
I am very active. I play on two softball teams and practice atleast twice a week. I play 2 weekends a month, Sunday and Saturday. About 6-7 games all together.
What do you think I can change to loose that weight by June 3,2008.
Please Help!

don't eat white bread, use whole wheat. if you HAVE to have chips, get the lays baked, but pretzels are better for you! though i wouldn't suggest either of them. snack on more foods throughout the day. you're on a very unhealthy diet right now. if you can, buy some 100 calorie packs of foods; popcorn, crackers, cookies, pudding.. they have tons of foods in healthy sized proportions. that's what you need to think about. proportions. choose wisely.

eat something for breakfast, just like, fruit or something, cut out or back on the chips, and try to be somewhat active even on days your not playing softball. maybe try a healther sandich somedays, like turkey with wheat bread. dont sweat it too hard, seeing as your 11 and you still want to like,grow.

Damn girl, you're 11 !!!!! Quit worrying about all that stuff and enjoy being young!! I'm quite sure you don't need to lose ANY weight whatsoever. Just quickly though, so you don't form any bad habits early. ALWAYS EAT BREAKFAST! it is the single most important meal of the day, do some searching and find a breakfast food you like and eat it every day.
