Heeelp pleaaase?!


Question: hey everyone,
i need some advice
first off, my hips, they kinda stick out, and it makes me look fatter than i really am..
how can i make it so i look and feel skinnier?

and how can you get your upper legs smaller? like, what kind of exersize affects that part of the body?

ps: i also play REP hocckey in the winter and competitive baseball in the summer. (our baseball training starts around november the year before) our training is very intense (sprints lunges, grape vine, high knees, ladder, squats) and is every thursday, and i have pitching every monday.
the summer is coming up so i will be involved in track and field.. normall place in the top 3 overall ..
i am 14 and have a normal build .. but my goal is to lose 20 pounds before grad in 3 months.
is that likeley it will happen? and what can i do to reach that goal?
also, i am 145 pounds and am 14 and 5ft6''
the weight doesnt really show, but i am afraid it sometime will, so thats why i want it off ..

Your body will continue changing for couple of years. So, i would not worry too much yet, especially since your BMI is normal.
There is little you can do to reduce bones of hips ( except for surgery), only changing how they look on you. Typically, it is done by training shoulders to reach better symetry in body. Also, you could wait and see how your body develops by itself.

You do lots of training, but this training is for building strength and it builds muscle mass more than it helps loosing the weight. You could try jogging for 30 mins daily at slow pace. Or swimming. Or bycycle. Also, consider doing some fitness/bodybuilding training instead focusing only on specialised excercises for your sports).

Hips size on women is determined by your genes & horemones. For a healthy women, the important measurement is of waist to hip ratio.
