Replacement for protein shakes?!

Question: I found out that a skinny person won't gain mass without adequate calorie intake. I really don't feel like buying protein shakes, they seem expensive.

What are good replacements for protein shakes, that contain good calories? Milk? Eggs? Cereal with milk?

Also, is hot milk any different from cold milk?

Eggs are super cheap, so yes. A lot of cholesterol, but it's the best type of protein.

Whey protein is very cheap. $12-14 for a large container at Walmart.

Just use one scoop as you can absorb any more than one scoop. If you start getting bloated, you've taken more than you can absorb.

Also get a big pack of chicken breasts and freeze them.

Can of tuna is also good and cheap.

Mix it up for better results. Same thing with your workouts. Do 'muscle shock' reps, where you do 1 quick rep, then 2 quick, 3 quick, up to 7 and then count back down to 1. It will blow up your bi-s and tri-s.

Also do 1/2 reps. Do a 1/2 bench press extention. Do a set where you fully extend and then come 1/2 way down. Keep your muscles guessing and pound protein 30-60 mins after.

Try drinking Soy milk. Regular milk isnt all that good for you.. but really why are you trying to get fatter? thats weird.. if you have a problem with appetite try dandelion tea

if you dont want protien shakes try 5-6 smaller meals a day. in each meal eat protien and carb rich foods including: chicken, turkey, beef, peanut butter, cheese and eggs. milk is good too. hot and cold milk are not different when it comes to getting results. also you need to shorten your workouts and seriously intensify them.
