What should be my weekly routine to lose between 5 and 10 pounds in 50 days?!

Question: I am a 22 year old male that currently weighs about 155 pounds and stands at 5'6". I am going on vacation at the end of May and want to lose some of that extra belly that I have and focus on my small, but noticeable man-boobs. I've really gotten myself on a good diet these last few weeks--lots of protein, greens and vegetables, lean meats, fiber, and I've cut out all the junk food, so I'm doing well in that area.

I also started going to the gym again, but I want to make sure I'm doing the right exercises that are appropriate for my goal. Currently, I plan on going 4 or 5 times a week, doing approximately 30 minutes of cardio each time and doing light weight training 3 times a week (focusing on back/biceps one day, chest/triceps the 2nd, and legs and shoulders the 3 day with some abs sprinkled in daily). Is this a good plan to reach my goal? Any recommendations? Should I be doing HIIT cardio or just getting my heart rate up to 120-140 the whole time? Any advice is appreciated!

here is what my dietician suggests - follow a practical diet. Make sure your plate has this ratio - 50% veg, 25% carb, 25% protein.this will prevent cravings too.an occassional treat is OK. have a snack every three hours. fruit (ideally berries) or soy nuts. just 2 tbsp of soya subsides hunger pangs. switch from white rice and bread to brown. eat 900gms of veggies a day.Lose a kilo a week. that is permanent loss. pick a exercise regime you like.
get a pedometer and take 10,000 steps everyday.

running/jogging early in the morning for almost an hour would surely help you lose those unwanted fat...

I have found that getting the heart rate up for 20 minutes a day boosts the metabolism, helping you burn fat at an accelerated rate, also NEVER skip a sensible breakfast!

Your young, so doing this should show good results, but i would increase the cardio to about 50 minutes. 5-6 mile

I am in the same boat and I do 50 minutes of high intensity cardio 5 times a week and it drops the pounds and added fat but does not do any type of toning of muscle. For that, continue your weight lifting.
For you, just change your cardio into high intensity and get about 4-5 miles per 45 min.

I would suggest a cleansing diet. I did this and lost 12 pounds and 19 inches in 9 days. I continued and lost 29 pounds in a month. I like the program since it works by giving your body nutrition through protein shakes with digestive enzymes and vitamins and then cleansing out the toxins. We get toxins in our bodies from pesticides, preservatives, water, pollution, medications, food additives etc
