First..if you can kick out 100 exercises a day for your legs, what the hell are you doing? Are you really training with intensity and good weight if you can do that many? Second ...why are you training your legs every day? You should train them 2 times a week at the most. What your experiencing is called D.O.M.S. (delayed onset muscles soreness) rub some Mineral Ice on them and rest them for for a week.

Cut down on so many exercises. You want to do three sets of 12 reps for each exercise for your legs. Don't overdo it. Your muscles are hurting because your body is telling you it needs rest. The pain is from working the muscle.

If it's not your normal 'training ache', then you NEED to see your GP about it.

It might be something (like a 'trapped nerve') that will go away on its own, or a muscle tear caused by one of your exercises.

Or, it might be a life-threatening haematoma or thrombosis, which needs urgent hospital examination and treatment, or a connective-tissue injury that needs to be surgically repaired.

You mean 100 reps.Thats ok.You might be training with heavy weight may be.Try lowering the weight.Make sure you got good form.
