Lots of people can't gain weight when they're young. Just eat healthy (meaning, eat lots of calories but eat healthy foods) and you'll be fine. Even though you can't gain weight now, you just want to make good habits for later.

your BMI should be between 18-25 (some say 19-25)

That is way too skinny. A healthy BMI is 20-25.
That is really low, but I do know that some people are blessed with the curse of needing to gain weight rather than lose it. I have a couple of friends with that problem.
Please go and eat a cupcake or seven!!! When my BMI was 15 I had to be hospitalized for 1 month while I gained weight. Just make sure that you never skip a meal or say no to something even if you want it.
